An expressive, spice-accented bouquet evokes fresh raspberry, orange pith, white flowers and ginger, with a hint of rhubarb adding an earthy flourish. A blend of all three champagne grapes with Chardonnay making up almost half, giving a delicate, fresh style with good citrus fruit and toasty notes.Its bubbles are insistent, finely carved and add to the early sensations of lightness and energy yet also carry the wine long into a balanced, refined finish. With up to 55% Chardonnay and a minimum of four years aging in the cellars, La Cuvée is delicate yet complex with crisp notes of citrus fruit and white flowers, and great length on the finish. Although originally founded in 1812, the name Champagne Laurent-Perrier was not conceived until 1964.
